What is Spiritual Counseling?
Spiritual Counseling is similar to life coaching in that it helps you map out core mis-beliefs and experiences that might be causing blockage, dis-comfort and dis-ease. Like life coaching, spiritual counseling gives you the tools you need to ease the “stuckness” and create flow. Spiritual counseling focuses on aspects such as faith, devotion, wisdom, compassion and spiritual techniques (prayer and mediation) to help you re-create a life of love, empowerment, beauty, joy and peace.
